About Us

Michael founded Care Tech in 2014. 

Josh is a tenacious problem-solving master, driving the company toward success and serving as Care Tech’s vital linchpin since joining the team in 2015. Josh loves the freedom and autonomy afforded by his position and the ever-changing problems presented to him in the field.   Allowing him to employ his love of machinery daily. Josh is happily married with two kids and enjoys off-roading and exploring with them. Josh dreams of traveling to Europe to experience the history that part of the world provides.   He looks forward to traveling to the many off-road trails throughout the U.S., such as the Paiute Trail and the Arizona Peace Trail.      

Sticks, our certified therapy dog, might not be a technician, but she plays a vital role in boosting morale and bringing smiles to our customers and team members. Always ready for a snack, you’ll often find her entertaining customers out back or keeping our technicians company as they work. She’s a true asset to the Care Tech family!

Derek is persistent and caring, helping to propel the mission of “Care” at Care Tech since 2016. Derek enjoys the freedom of not being stuck in a building and the financial stability working for Care Tech has brought to his life. Derek is happily married with two kids, two dogs, and two Cats; he enjoys woodworking, playing golf, and all things cars. Derek has always dreamed of visiting Alaska, New York, London, and Japan and aims to have a well-equipped woodworking shop one day.

Ricky, who has been with Care Tech since 2015, is full of personality and always has a joke to brighten everyone’s day. He enjoys his camaraderie with the team and the trust the company has built with our customers. Ricky loves his family: Ricky has three kids and three grandkids. When he is not working, he spends his time woodworking and completing home remodeling projects. Ricky dreams of traveling across the United States and wants a nice retirement, spending lots of time with his grandkids., 

Logan is full of perseverance and ambition and has been serving on the front lines of Care Tech since 2021. Logan loves the high standard set at Care Tech and the drive that has fostered in him, along with the satisfaction of working physically with his hand and seeing a finished product when the job is complete. Logan is happily married with two kids and enjoys competing in Jiu Jitsu and running ultra-races. Logan has always dreamed of visiting Norway. His goal is to become intellectually and financially successful within the HVACR trade.   

Nathan joined Care Tech in 2023 to start in the trade; his previous experience in the restaurant field and his ability to learn new skills have made him a valuable asset to the company. He enjoys the fact that there is always something new to learn and that someone with more experience is willing to teach him as his skills increase.   Nathan enjoys hunting, camping, and other outdoor activities. He would like to acquire a large piece of property where he can care for his parents as they age. He is looking forward to visiting Ireland and other parts of Europe someday.      

Since joining Care Tech in 2022, Michael has enjoyed the care the team provides, the relationships he has made with them, and the customers he works with. He came to the company looking to start something new, and he has learned quickly, which has led to his fit with the team. He spends time drawing, creating other forms of art, and jogging. Michael has four exceptional children for whom he wants to foster a prosperous future. Traveling to Abu Dhabi is an experience he is looking forward to.    

Sydney is thoughtful and caring and an efficient and organizational master, keeping the spreadsheets neat and the numbers right at Care Tech since 2022. Sydney loves the freedom to be both a mom and an employee. She enjoys the closeness amongst the team and the detail-oriented nature of her work. Sydney is happily married with two kids and enjoys reading, cross-stitching, quilting, and caring for her plants. Sydney has always dreamed of visiting the British Isles and would love to see the northern lights.

Nicole started at Care Tech in 2025.   She is a talented multi-tasker and problem-solver. She uses those skills to keep everything running as smoothly as possible. The amount of care given to both the employees and the customers is what she loves the most about the company. Care Tech has positively influenced her family since her husband, Derek, started in 2016. She spends her time away from the office with Derek and their two children. Nicole also enjoys reading and doing art projects. She would love to travel to Hawaii, but any beautiful place with a beach will work.
